Always, what I look forward to the most when I go on a cruise, is the dining experience. I love eating, and I love taking two of everything. I have yet to go on a cruise where I was not overly enthused by the food simply because, perhaps, I’m not such a picky eater and the chefs really do a good job whetting my appetite.

And this is why, I was over the moon to have come across an article online from Kansas City on Cruise Cookbooks. Author Marjie Lamber had a comical time trying to duplicate some of the recipes, but I still think it might be well worth a try.
